GuideBluePilot
BluePilot is a Ford-focused openpilot fork built on sunnypilot. It inherits major sunnypilot capabilities like MADS, NNLC, DLP, DEC, and 86+ driving models, then layers Ford-specific control work on top. Community support lives in the sunnypilot Discord, especially the Ford channel.
Hardware Compatibility
BluePilot supports comma 3 and comma 3X. comma 4 is currently not supported based on the project README.

BluePilot combines core sunnypilot capability with deep Ford-specific improvements.
Ford OEM Lateral Rewrite
Adds curvature blending, path_offset, and path_angle tuning to deliver a more natural Blue Cruise-like lane-centering feel.
Anti-Windup on Turns
Prevents Ford EPAS from fighting itself through corners by reducing controller windup during sustained steering demand.
Improved Ford Longitudinal
Separates gas and brake signal handling for smoother acceleration and braking transitions in Ford longitudinal control.
Ford Tuning Profiles
Includes CAN and CAN-FD specific tuning profiles to better match steering and longitudinal behavior across model years.
Routes Web Interface
Browser access at device-ip:8088 for dashcam footage, GPS metadata, video export, and qlog/rlog downloads.
Redesigned Settings UI
A cleaner settings architecture with 9 focused panels makes configuration faster and easier to navigate.
Hybrid Battery Gauge
Adds a Toyota-style hybrid battery display for supported hybrid integrations.
Blindspot + Stop Overlay
Displays blindspot indicators and a stop-sign overlay to improve on-screen situational awareness.
