Google integration privacy
Commaguide Analytics MCP is a private administration tool operated by BKV Productions LLC. Setup is in progress. The following rules apply when it is connected. Visiting this website does not authorize access to your Google account.
Data accessed and why
With an administrator's authorization, the tool can read Google Analytics account, property, traffic, and event reports. It can read Search Console properties, search queries, page performance, sitemaps, and indexing information. Tag Manager access can include accounts, containers, tags, triggers, variables, and versions, plus authorized changes. Only data allowed by the granted permissions is available.
We use this data to understand Commaguide traffic, improve pages, diagnose tracking, and carry out requested tag changes. The tool does not need Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts, or a Google password.
AI processing and sharing
At the administrator's request, selected reports and configuration data may be sent to their chosen AI provider. Examples include OpenAI for Codex and Anthropic for Claude. That provider processes the data to answer questions and assist with changes. Its terms and the owner's account settings govern that processing and the retention of task history.
Our policy prohibits selling Google user data, using it for advertising profiles, or using it to train general-purpose AI models. Connected AI services must be configured consistently with this policy before Google data is sent to them. Credentials must not be included in AI prompts or public content.
The integration's use and transfer of Google API data must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. These specific limits govern Google API data even where other sections of this notice describe broader website uses.
Storage and retention
The integration is designed to keep authorization tokens and saved reports in owner-controlled storage outside the public website and source code. Access must be limited to authorized operators. Tokens are kept while the connection is needed; local copies are removed when the connection is retired.
Saved reports are kept only while needed for site analysis and maintenance, then deleted. Reports copied into AI tasks may remain under that provider's retention settings. Deleting a local report does not delete those copies. The operator must handle them separately, subject to provider retention and any required legal records.
Disconnect or request deletion
Remove the app in your Google Account connections to revoke access. This stops future authorized access, but does not delete reports already saved or change data held in Google Analytics, Search Console, or Tag Manager. Use the contact page to request removal of stored tokens, reports, or related task data. Do not send tokens or passwords.
Overview
We may process personal information when you visit this website, contact us, request services, or otherwise interact with us. That can include information you submit directly as well as technical and usage data collected automatically through normal website operation.
If you send a correction from the software comparison, we store the note, an optional source link, and the comparison context shown on the page. The form does not ask for your name or email, and the saved correction does not include your IP address or browser identifier.
If you send a message through the contact page, we store the message, the topic, the name and reply details you choose to enter, and the page you sent it from. Only the site owner reads it, and we use it only to answer you.
We may use that information to run the website, communicate with you, provide support, improve the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may share information with service providers or where legally required.
This site automatically loads Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure page visits, navigation, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and useful actions such as referral clicks, comparison use, installer copies, and search outcomes. Custom action events do not include clipboard contents or the text you type into site search. Do not send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying details to Google Analytics through this site.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
If you do not agree with these practices, do not use the services.
