Park and connect to Wi-Fi
Keep the car parked and the comma device powered. If other software is installed, follow its uninstall or reset flow first.
Choose Custom Software
When the comma setup screen appears, select Custom Software instead of the normal openpilot option.
Enter the stable installer
Copy the value above, enter it exactly on the comma screen, and follow the on-screen installation steps.
After installation
Confirm the device shows FrogPilot and follow its on-screen setup. Explore FrogPilot settings before enabling unfamiliar options. Stay ready to steer or brake.
