Is comma better than Toyota Safety Sense 3.0?
If wheel-attention reminders are your main frustration and your exact Toyota is supported, comma is worth a close look. Its driver-facing camera is a meaningful difference. That does not make it universally better than the whole TSS 3.0 package.

TSS 3.0 includes Lane Tracing Assist and, on applicable vehicles, Proactive Driving Assist. The latter can provide gentle braking or steering support in certain situations; it is a separate function from cruise control.

Toyota’s 2025 Crown guide says LTA requires a grip on the wheel. openpilot instead uses camera-based attention monitoring. Some Toyota configurations also offer Traffic Jam Assist with driver monitoring and hands-off operation under specific conditions. Those can already reduce wheel reminders.
